Greek Salad


Ingredients
Lettuce 50 g
Cucumber 1
Red onion 1/2
Olives 30
Feta cheese 200 g
Olive oil 70 ml
Wine vinegar 2 tbsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Garlic 1 clove
Lemon 1
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste

Chop the lettuce leaves and add to the bowl.


Then chop the tomatoes into large cubes and add to the salad bowl.


Then slice the onion into half rings and add to the bowl.


Peel the cucumbers and cut into small cubes.


Cut the olives in half. Chop some of the olives and set aside. Finely chop the herbs and add them to the remaining ingredients after adding the cucumbers.


Mash the feta cheese with a fork until soft. Mix with the vegetables and olive halves. Mix thoroughly.


Prepare the dressing with olive oil, chopped olives, wine vinegar, a crushed garlic clove, and a teaspoon of sugar. Mix well.


Add the chopped olives and the sauce is ready.


Pour it over the vegetables, stir, and serve.
