Oatmeal 1.5 cups
1 cup 1.5% milk
Brown sugar 1/2 cup
Honey 2 tbsp
Applesauce 1/2 cup
Egg whites 2 pcs
Vegetable oil 1 tbsp
Vanilla
Whole wheat flour 1/2 cup
Baking powder 1 tsp
Baking soda 1/2 tsp
Pinch of salt
Blueberries 1 cup
Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Line silicone or other muffin tins with paper liners; lightly grease the tins with vegetable oil.
Grind the oats and soak them in milk for half an hour. In a bowl, combine the sugar, honey, applesauce, vanilla, egg whites, and butter, and mix well with a mixer. In another bowl, combine the flour and salt.
Combine the oats with the wet ingredients and gradually add the flour, mixing until the dough forms. Finally, fold in the blueberries. Bake for 20-25 minutes, then test with a wooden toothpick (it should come out dry).
