Strawberry Roll



Ingredients
4 eggs
110 g powdered sugar
1 tbsp vanilla extract
65 g starch
45 g flour
1 tsp cream of tartar
1/2 tsp baking soda
50 g butter
1 tbsp cocoa powder
250 ml 33% cream
250 ml caramel
Strawberries

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Beat the eggs with the sugar in a mixer. Add the vanilla, starch, flour, cream of tartar, and baking soda. Mix well. Add the room-temperature butter and knead the dough.

Pour the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and spread it evenly over the entire surface. Sprinkle cocoa powder on top and bake until golden brown, 10-12 minutes. Place the baked base on a linen towel, remove the paper, and roll it up while the dough is still hot. Let it cool for 8-10 minutes.

Hull and slice the strawberries. Whip the cream until fluffy and mix with the caramel until smooth. Unroll the roll. Spread the filling over the entire surface of the roll, top with sliced strawberries. Roll up again and serve.
