Ingredients
Cream cheese 120g
Sour cream 80g
35% cream 40g
Lemon zest 1 tsp
Icing sugar 60g
Egg 1
Cranberries 3 tbsp
Lemon juice 2 tbsp

In a bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, cream, and zest. Beat the egg with the powdered sugar, add the lemon juice, and add the cranberries. Divide the batter between two cups.
Microwave the cup and cook for one minute at 50% power. Remove, stir, and microwave again for 45 seconds. Stir again and microwave for 30-45 minutes. The mixture will be slightly runny in the center at first, but will eventually set.
Refrigerate for a couple of hours. Garnish with crumbled cookies and fruit. Serve chilled.
