Chocolate Roll "Lakomka

"

Ingredients
For the dough:
Flour 150 g
Sugar 100 g
Vanillin 1 g
Eggs 5 pcs

For the cream:
33% cream 400 ml
Cocoa powder 2 tsp
Icing sugar 100 g

For the glaze:
Sour cream 2 tbsp
Sugar 2 tbsp
Cocoa powder 2 tbsp
White chocolate 50 g

Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Beat the whites until stiff. In a separate bowl, beat the yolks with the sugar. Add the flour, mix well, and add the mixture to the egg whites. Mix gently. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees Celsius and bake for 12 minutes. Remove from the oven and roll into a roulade. Let cool.

For the frosting: Whip the cream with sugar and cocoa until stiff. Roll into a roulade. Fill with the filling and roll back into a roulade. Refrigerate for 20 minutes.

For the glaze: Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and heat over low heat until completely melted. Let cool. Coat the roulade and refrigerate. Melt the white chocolate and decorate the roulade.
