Prague Cake



Ingredients
2 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 cup sour cream
1 can condensed milk
1 teaspoon baking soda
1.5 cups flour
1.5 tablespoons cocoa powder

For the frosting:
1 can boiled condensed milk
1/2 stick butter

Mix the cocoa with the sugar, beat in the eggs, and mix thoroughly. Now add half a can of condensed milk, the sour cream, mix well, then pour in the flour and baking soda. Mix well and pour into a baking pan. Grease the pan with butter and line it with parchment paper.

Preheat the oven to 180-190°C. Bake for 30-35 minutes, remove from the oven, and let cool completely. Only then remove from the pan and cut into two even layers.

The cream is made as follows: slightly softened butter is mixed with boiled condensed milk and thoroughly whipped. Soak both layers of cake with raw condensed milk, then spread with the boiled condensed milk cream, and decorate with chocolate icing.
