Ingredients
For the chocolate layer:
Cookies 100 g
Water 50 ml
Cocoa powder 2 tbsp
For the coconut layer:
Coconut flakes 40 g
Butter 40 g
Icing sugar 40 g
Coconut liqueur 1 tsp
Crush the cookies in a blender as finely as possible, add the cocoa powder and water, and mix thoroughly until you have a smooth paste.
For the coconut layer, thoroughly mix the coconut flakes, softened butter, icing sugar, and liqueur. It's best to do this in a blender. First, chop the coconut flakes, then add the remaining ingredients.
Line a work surface with plastic wrap or baking paper. Spread the chocolate mixture in an even, thin layer to form a rectangle approximately 19 x 22 cm.
Spread coconut cream over the chocolate layer and smooth it out. Using plastic wrap or paper, roll up the roll, starting from the narrower end. Place it seam-side down on a flat surface, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
