Chicken Solyanka



Ingredients
Chicken (breast) 1
Sausages 3
Porcini mushrooms 150 g
Carrot 1
Onion 1
Black peppercorns to taste
Olives 10
Parsley to taste
Pickled cucumber 2
Bay leaf
Lemon

Cook broth with the chicken breast. Cut the cooked breast meat into small pieces and add to the solyanka.

Finely chop the ham and sausages and add them to the chicken broth. Fry the chopped onion and grated carrot in sunflower oil and add to the solyanka.

Add the chopped cucumbers, olives, and mushrooms, cut in half. Add the bay leaf and other spices, bring to a boil, and simmer over medium heat for 15 minutes.

Before serving the chicken solyanka, you can add a few slices of fresh lemon and some herbs to the pan.
