Cod Liver Lavash Roll


Ingredients
1 can of cod liver
1 lavash bread
3 eggs
60 g cheese
1 bunch of lettuce
2-3 tbsp mayonnaise

Hard-boil the eggs and let them cool. Wash and dry the lettuce leaves. Spread mayonnaise on the lavash sheet. It's best to leave the edges of the lavash clean; this will make the roll easier to roll and will result in a neater roll. Peel the eggs and grate them coarsely. Place the grated eggs on the lavash and form a tight strip.


Then lay out a couple of lettuce leaves next to the eggs, also in a strip.

 Drain the cod liver, then mash the liver with a fork and place it on the pita bread next to the lettuce leaves.


Grate the cheese on a coarse grater and add the last strip. This will create four strips of filling.


Fold the empty edges of the pita bread over the filling, then roll the pita bread into a tight roll. Wrap the roll in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 hours. Cut the finished pita bread roll with cod liver into portions and serve.
