Ingredients
500 g flour
200 g butter
250 ml kefir
2 eggs
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
For the filling:
3 bunches green onions
6 eggs
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
Sift the flour into a bowl with the baking powder. Lightly whisk the eggs with salt. Add the egg mixture to the flour, then add the softened butter and kefir. Knead the dough. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Meanwhile, prepare the filling. Boil the eggs, peel them, and let them cool. Cut into small cubes. Finely chop the onion. Mix everything together, season with salt and pepper.
Let's get back to our dough. Divide it into two pieces. Roll each piece into a circle. Use a glass to cut out identical circles. Place 1 tablespoon of filling on each circle. Seal the edges of the pies.
Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Lightly beat the egg with a whisk and brush the filling onto each pie. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit) for about 20 minutes.
