Ingredients
Potatoes 200 g
Sour cream 4 tbsp
Egg 1
Onion 1
Honey mushrooms 150 g
Dried apricots 100 g
Flour 150 g
Vegetable oil 1 tbsp
Baking powder 1/2 packet
Sesame seeds
Make mashed potatoes by soaking them in water at about 60°C for half an hour. Then drain the potatoes, rinse them in cold water, bring the water to a boil, and add the potatoes.
Do not cover the pot with the potatoes. Mash the cooked potatoes with a potato masher or press. Now add the butter. Dissolve salt in hot milk and add to the mashed potatoes. Beat the mixture with a whisk or mixer.
Beat the egg with a mixer and add it to the sour cream, adding a tablespoon of vegetable oil first. Mix thoroughly. Add the flour and baking powder, and add a little salt.
Fry the mushrooms and onions in a frying pan. Dice the dried apricots. Add them to the batter and mix well. Divide the batter into the pans and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake for 15 minutes at 200°C, until set.
