Ingredients
Zucchini 600 g
Eggs 2
Ham 100 g
Cheese 80 g
Flour 2/3 cup
Salt 1 tsp
Sugar 1/2 tsp
Baking soda 1/2 tsp
Vegetable oil 200 ml
Peel the zucchini and finely dice. Add the eggs, chopped ham, grated flour, salt, sugar, and baking soda. Place everything in a blender and blend. The dough should have the consistency of 30% sour cream; if not, add more flour.
Heat a large amount of vegetable oil in a small saucepan. As soon as it starts to boil, you can begin making the donuts. Use a tablespoon of the dough and use your finger to help it fall into the boiling oil. Deep-fry until golden brown, turning occasionally.
When ready, place on a napkin to drain excess oil. Serve with sour cream or ketchup.
