Ingredients
For the dough:
Flour 200 g
Water 125 ml
Vegetable oil 30 ml
Salt 1 tsp
Sugar 1 tbsp
Dry yeast 5 g
For the filling:
Potatoes 3
Onion
Salt
Pepper
Nutmeg

Sift the flour, mix with salt, sugar, and yeast. Gradually pour in the water.

Knead the dough, adding vegetable oil. Form a ball, grease it and the bowl with oil. Cover with a napkin and let rise for an hour.

Boil the potatoes and mash. Mix with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Finely chop the onion and fry in vegetable oil until golden brown. Chop the dill and add it to the potatoes. Don't forget to add the onion. Stir well.
Punch down the risen dough. Divide the dough into equal portions and roll them into balls. Flatten each ball and stretch it out slightly so there's more filling than dough. Place a tablespoon (or as needed) of filling in the center of the resulting flatbread. Form a pie.
Continue until everything is formed. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. About 3-4 tablespoons, make sure there's enough oil so nothing burns. Fry the pies until golden brown. Place them on paper towels to drain off excess oil. That's it, you're ready to try.
