Salted Crackers



Ingredients
Flour 125 g
Sugar 1/2 tsp
Milk 60 ml
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp
Baking powder 1/2 tsp
Flax seeds 2 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp

Mix the flour with baking powder, salt, sugar, and flax seeds. Gradually add the milk and butter.

Knead the dough, wrap it in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 15-20 minutes. After this time, roll the dough out to a thickness of 2-3 mm and cut into squares or any other geometric shape. The specified quantities of ingredients should make about 12 crackers.

Preheat the oven to 200°C. Place the figurines on a greased baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
