Puff pastry bread with cheese



Ingredients
Yeast dough 1000 g
Butter 60 g
Garlic 1 clove
Dill 1 tsp
Cheese 200 g

Divide the dough into 4 pieces. Roll out three pieces to the diameter of the pan, and the fourth piece, making sure to cover the sides of the pan completely. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Grind the butter with the crushed garlic and dried dill.

Place one piece of dough (the larger one) in a greased pan, smoothing the edges of the dough over the sides. Grease the base of the pan with garlic butter and sprinkle with grated cheese. Top with the next layer of dough, grease with butter, and sprinkle with cheese. Repeat with the third layer.

 Cover with the fourth layer of dough and pinch the edges of the top and bottom layers tightly. Prick the surface with a fork.

Cover the pan with a towel and let rise for 1-1.5 hours. Brush the surface of the bread with water. Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C (350°F) for 60-70 minutes. After baking, cover the bread with a towel.
