Ingredients
Pizza dough
Tomato sauce
Seafood cocktail 200 g
Capers 1 tbsp
Yellow bell pepper 1 pc
Marjoram 1 tbsp
Oregano 1/2 tbsp
Mozzarella cheese 60 g
Parmesan cheese 15 g
Olives 12 pcs
Salt
Pepper
Roll out the dough to a circle 25 cm in diameter on a lightly floured surface. Place on a greased baking sheet and use your fingers to create a small crust. Brush the crust with tomato sauce almost to the edges.
Arrange the seafood cocktail on the pizza crust and sprinkle with chopped capers. Sprinkle with herbs and cheeses. Arrange the olives on top. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 18-20 minutes, or until the dough is set. Garnish with marjoram or oregano and serve immediately.
