Minced meat 1000 g

Mozzarella cheese 200 g
Onion 1
Garlic 2 cloves
Breadcrumbs 3/4 cup
Parmesan cheese 1/2 cup
Basil 2 tbsp
Oregano 1/2 tsp
Salt 2 tsp
Ground black pepper 1/3 tsp
Olive oil 1 tbsp
Preheat oven to 200°C. Grease muffin tins thoroughly with vegetable oil. Cut the mozzarella into small bars.
In a small bowl, combine breadcrumbs (0.3 cup), grated Parmesan cheese (0.3 cup), and olive oil. Crumble with your fingers.
Beat the egg into the ground chicken, add the remaining breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese, chopped onion, and garlic. Season to taste with oregano, salt, and ground pepper. Mix thoroughly.
Fill cupcake or muffin tins with the prepared mixture. Press a block of mozzarella into the center. Sprinkle the tops with breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese.
Bake for 20-25 minutes. Remove the finished muffins from the oven, let them rest for 5-7 minutes, then carefully remove them. Serve with any side dish or vegetable salad.
