Ingredients
Beef (liver) 500 g
Puff pastry 500 g
Rice 1/2 cup
Carrot 1
Onion 2
Egg 2
Salt 1/2 tsp
Pepper 1/2 tsp
Thaw the prepared puff pastry at room temperature.
Dust the work surface with flour and roll out the dough thinly. Cut into squares. Place the liver filling in the center, pinch the edges tightly. Brush with beaten egg and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius until golden brown.
Filling: Boil the beef liver until tender. Cool and mince. Boil the rice in salted water until tender. Finely chop the onion and grate the carrot. Fry in vegetable oil.
Mix the liver, rice, carrots, and onion, then beat in the raw egg. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
