Fruit Pancake Rolls



Ingredients
for the pancakes:
Milk 1000 ml
Eggs 4
Sugar 100 g
Butter 100 g
Salt 1 tsp
Vegetable oil 50 ml
Flour 500 g

For the filling:
Cottage cheese
Kiwi
Banana
Mango
Sugar

Separate the egg yolks from the whites. Beat the yolks with sugar and salt. Sift the flour, add the milk to the flour, and stir. Then add the beaten yolks with sugar and melted butter.

Stir and carefully fold in the whipped whites. Mix very gently, then pour in the vegetable oil. Pour 1 tsp of vegetable oil into a frying pan, heat it, pour the batter into the pan, and bake thin pancakes.

 Cut the finished pancakes into strips. Place cottage cheese, mixed with sugar, and sliced kiwi, banana, and mango on the edge of each strip. You can use any fruit you like.
