Ingredients
4 Potatoes
4 Eggs
5 Cucumbers
150g Dry-Smoked Sausage
220g Radishes
2 Bunches of Green Onions
1 Bunch of Dill
1000ml Kefir
900ml Sparkling Water
Salt
9% Vinegar
Sour Cream
Boil the potatoes, cool, peel, and cut into small cubes. Hard-boil the eggs, rinse under cold water, peel, and finely chop.
Finely chop 4 cucumbers, grate 1. Cut the sausage into small cubes. Grate the radishes. Finely chop the onion, sprinkle some with salt, and mash.
Pour all ingredients into a large saucepan. Pour in the cold kefir. Add cold sparkling water. Season with salt. Add vinegar to taste. Stir. Let cool.
