Okroshka with Kefir



Ingredients
Canned green peas 150 g
Potatoes 200 g
Carrots 150 g
Sausages 250 g
Eggs 3
Cucumber 1
Green onion 1 bunch
Cilantro 1 bunch
Kefir 500 ml
Water 300 ml
Salt
Pepper

Finely chop the greens. Add the peas and diced cucumber. Boil the sausages. Then cut into small circles. If using meat, dice it.

Hard-boil the eggs, peel, and chop. Wash the carrots and potatoes, and boil until tender. Then peel and dice the carrots.

Peel the potatoes and cut them into small cubes. Mix all ingredients. Dilute the kefir with water. Pour it over the prepared mixture. Season with salt and pepper and stir. Refrigerate for 30-40 minutes and serve.
