Pizza without dough



Ingredients
Onions 2
Bell peppers 2
Vegetable oil 3 tbsp
Eggs 5
Tomatoes 2
Cheese 75 g

Peel and finely chop the onion. Remove the seeds from the bell pepper and cut it into thin half rings. Fry the onion in vegetable oil until almost cooked. Add the pepper and fry for a few minutes, until softened.

Place the fried vegetables in a baking dish. For this amount of ingredients, I recommend using a baking dish with a diameter of at least 23-25 cm to ensure the layer of vegetables is not too thick, otherwise you'll end up with a casserole, not a pizza. Lightly beat the eggs and season with salt. Pour the eggs over the vegetables.

 Slice the tomatoes into 5-7 mm thick slices and arrange them over the entire surface of the pizza. Sprinkle the tomatoes with grated cheese or arrange cheese slices on top of the tomatoes. Place the pizza pan on the high grill rack and bake for 20 minutes using the combined grill and microwave settings.
