Primorsky Curd Pancakes



Ingredients
Cottage cheese 250 g
Eggs 2 pcs
Flour 2 tbsp
Baking soda 1/2 tsp
Vegetable oil
Sour cream 250 g
Sugar to taste

Before making the dough, preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F) and place a baking sheet over it (so it gets hot). Meanwhile, add the eggs to the cottage cheese, mix well, then add the baking soda and flour. The dough will thicken until stiff peaks form.

Pour oil onto the preheated baking sheet to the thickness you'd like for pancakes and return to the oven for 2 minutes. Spoon the curd mixture into the pancakes (wet it with water first to prevent the curd mixture from sticking). Bake until golden brown.

 Meanwhile, add sugar to the sour cream and stir well. Place the hot buns in a saucepan (drizzle each layer with sour cream) and let sit for 10 minutes to eat hot, or overnight to eat cold.
