Ingredients
Raspberries 150g
Butter 50g
Oatmeal 200g
Honey 75g
Almonds 50g
Amaretto liqueur 1 tsp
Combine the melted butter with the honey and mix. Add the nuts and mix again until smooth. Add the oatmeal until the butter and honey mixture is evenly distributed. The mixture will be loose, but the dough should come together into a smooth ball. Add a little more butter if necessary.
Line a baking pan with parchment paper, spread half the dough, and evenly distribute the raspberries and remaining dough on top. Bake for 15 minutes. Let the cookies cool completely before cutting into squares.
