Salmon, Cauliflower, and Spinach Soup


Ingredients
Salmon (fillet) 500 g
Olive oil 2 tbsp
Onion 1
Flour 2 tbsp
Potatoes 3
Cauliflower 300 g
Paprika 2 tsp
Tabasco sauce 1 tsp
Water 2 cups
Milk 1 cup
Cream 35% 1/2 cup
Spinach 1 bunch
Salt
Pepper

Heat the oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Sauté the onion until translucent, about 2 minutes. Add the flour and cook, stirring, for about 2 minutes. Pour in the water and stir in the flour and onion.

Add the potatoes and cauliflower. Cook, covered, until the potatoes are tender (about 15 minutes). Add paprika, Tabasco, milk, and cream. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat.

Add the sliced fish fillet to the pan and cook until tender. Then add the chopped or torn spinach and cook for another minute. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Ladle into bowls and serve immediately.
