Shrimp Tacos



Ingredients
Tomatoes 2
Red chili pepper 1/2 tsp
Lime juice 2 tbsp
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp
Garlic 4 cloves
Red onion 1
Shrimp 250 g
Herbs to taste
Corn tortillas 10
Iceberg lettuce 200 g
Sour cream 2 tbsp

Finely chop the tomatoes, add the chili pepper and lime juice, and stir. Fry the chopped garlic and onion in a frying pan in vegetable oil.

Add the peeled shrimp and stir. Then add the tomato mixture. Simmer for another five to ten minutes, stirring occasionally.

A few minutes before the tacos are ready, add the chopped herbs. Reheat the tacos in the oven for five minutes. Top with chopped iceberg lettuce, then the tomato-shrimp mixture.

Before serving, drizzle with sour cream and garnish with herbs.
