Solyanka



Ingredients
Beef (fillet) 300 g
Smoked sausages 3 pcs
Uncooked smoked sausage 150 g
Buzhenina 150 g
Carrots 1 pc
Onions 2 pcs
Potatoes 3 pcs
Pickled cucumbers 3 pcs
Olives 50 g
Canned tomato 100 g
Tomato paste 50 g
Lemon 1 pc
Sour cream 100 g
Salt
Pepper
Herbs

Prepare all ingredients. Fry the beef and chop finely. Bring to a boil. Add the remaining meat ingredients (they can also be pre-fried).

Peel the carrots and onions and fry in butter. Coarsely chop the potatoes and add them to the broth with the remaining ingredients. Cook until the potatoes are tender, otherwise they will be tough after adding the pickles.

Add the cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, olives, and tomato paste and simmer for another 15 minutes. Garnish with herbs and lemon. Serve with sour cream.
