Vatrushki with Jam



Ingredients
Flour 400 g
Butter 50 g
Sour cream 200 g
Eggs 5
Sugar 100 g

Mix the dough with flour, eggs (4), sour cream, sugar, and butter. Cover with plastic wrap and let it sit in the refrigerator for half an hour. The refrigerator can also be used for this purpose.

Form the dough into ropes, cut them into portions, and roll them into balls. Then roll them out and place them on a greased baking sheet. Fold the edges of the rolls over to create small borders. Brush them with egg and bake in the oven until lightly browned.

Spread apple jam in the center of the rolls and currant jam around the edges. Bake in the oven until done.
