Warm Meat Salad


Ingredients
Bacon 100 g
Chicken (heart) 100 g
Carrots 100 g
Onions 100 g
Potatoes 300 g
Mustard 1 tsp
Mustard oil 4 tbsp
Wine vinegar 1 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Pepper 1/2 tsp

Cut the bacon into thin strips and cut the hearts in half. Cut the onion into thin half-rings, and thinly slice the carrots.
Pour 1 tablespoon of oil into a frying pan, heat it well, and add the bacon.
Fry until crispy.

Now place the bacon in a bowl and fry the hearts in the pan.
 Place them on a plate and fry the onions.
Next, add the carrots. Fry them only briefly.
At the very end, add 1 teaspoon of vinegar and stir to evaporate the liquid.


Boil the potatoes, cool, chop, and place in a large bowl.
Add all the other fried ingredients here.


For the dressing, combine the mustard and oil.
Pour the dressing over the salad and season with salt. Stir.
When serving, sprinkle with freshly ground pepper and herbs (dill, parsley).
