Ingredients
2 Apples
2 tsp Cinnamon
2 tbsp Condensed Milk
3 Eggs
1 cup Flour
1/2 cup Sugar
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1 packet Vanilla Sugar
10 g Butter
Whisk the eggs with the sugar and condensed milk. Then add the vanilla sugar and baking powder (or baking soda mixed with vinegar) and whisk. Gradually fold in the flour, continuing to whisk.
Slice the apples and place them in a greased baking dish. Pour the batter over the apples and sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake at 200 degrees Celsius for 30-35 minutes.
Serve the apple charlotte, garnished with condensed milk, nuts, mint leaves, raisins, grated chocolate, and other toppings.
