To the prepared ground meat, add half a finely chopped onion, a clove of garlic for flavor, salt, ground black pepper, and sour cream. Mix the ground meat well. Take a large, convenient baking sheet. Grease it with vegetable oil and lay the soaked bagels in an even layer. Fill each bagel with a ball of ground meat, pressing the meat slightly into the bagel. 
Bake the stuffed bagels in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15 minutes. Grate the cheese finely. When the bagels are done, remove them from the oven and generously coat them with cheese. Return them to the oven for 2-3 minutes to melt the cheese.
