Ingredients
400 g Champignons
2 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic
0.5 tsp thyme
0.5 lemon
30 g Parmesan cheese
Wash the mushrooms, or if possible, simply wipe them with a paper towel to prevent them from absorbing excess moisture. Slice. Place on a baking sheet. The layer of mushrooms should not be too thick, so they bake rather than stew.
Combine the olive oil, thyme leaves, zest of half a lemon, lemon juice (1 tbsp), and crushed garlic.
Season the mushroom slices with salt and drizzle.
Place in a hot oven. Bake for 15-20 minutes at 180-190°C. There will be a lot of juice. You can keep them in a warm oven for a little longer to allow the liquid to evaporate. You can simply remove the mushrooms with a spatula, reserving the juice.

Mushrooms are delicious both hot and cold.
