Ingredients
3 bananas
6 tbsp oat flour
6 tbsp flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 pinch salt
100 g butter
6 tbsp brown sugar
2 eggs
1/2 cup walnuts
10 almonds
1 jar Philadelphia cheese
Food coloring
3 tbsp powdered sugar
Preheat oven to 170 C (350 F). Puree the bananas in a blender. Fry the nuts, peel as much of the skin as possible, and mash.
Whisk the butter, eggs, and sugar with a mixer. Add the bananas. Beat again. Add the flour, salt, baking soda, and nuts. Pour the batter into greased muffin tins and bake in a preheated oven for about 1 hour. It may take less time, but be careful not to overcook the muffins.
Make the frosting: beat the Philadelphia whipped cream with powdered sugar, add food coloring, and drizzle over the cooled muffins.
