Ingredients
1 cup semolina
3/4 cup sugar
1 packet vanilla sugar
3 tbsp vegetable oil
3 eggs
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 cup blueberries
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Place the semolina in a bowl, add the sugar, vanilla sugar, salt, and baking powder, and mix thoroughly. Add the butter (melt the butter first) and mix with the semolina. Add the eggs to the bowl, beat, and knead into a smooth batter. Let the mannik batter rest for 15-20 minutes to allow the semolina to plump up.
Meanwhile, grease a baking dish with butter and sprinkle with semolina. Sprinkle the blueberries into the batter and mix gently. Pour the manna pudding into the pan and bake for 35-45 minutes. Manna pudding can be eaten warm or cold; it's best served with milk.
