Cheese and Apple Soufflé Omelette


Ingredients
4 eggs
50 g cream cheese
50 g cheese
1/2 apple
Vegetable oil to taste
Herbs to taste
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste


Separate the yolks from the whites. Chop the herbs. Grate the hard cheese on a fine grater. Pour the yolks into a bowl, add a tablespoon of cold water, and whisk.


Then add the chopped herbs, salt, and pepper, and stir. Beat the whites until foamy and carefully fold them into the yolk portion.


Place the frying pan over low heat and add a little vegetable oil. Spread the soufflé mixture evenly in the pan. Sprinkle with grated cheese and cook for 6-7 minutes. Then cover and cook for another 3-4 minutes, until fully cooked. Do not flip the omelet!

Grate the apple coarsely and squeeze it lightly. Then mix with the soft cheese. Transfer the finished omelet to a plate and cut into 2 equal halves. Fill each half with the apple-cheese mixture, fold in half, and serve.
