Cheese Roll with Salmon



Ingredients
Cheese 300 g
Lightly salted red fish 150 g
Cottage cheese 150 g
Herbs 1 bunch
Salt
Sour cream 2 tbsp

You can use any hard cheese and any lightly salted red fish for the roll.

The first step is to melt the cheese until it becomes like play dough. To do this, cut the cheese into chunks, place them in a plastic bag, and drop them into boiling water. Over low heat, the cheese will melt fairly quickly, in about 5 minutes.

Meanwhile, you can prepare the curd cream. To do this, combine the cottage cheese, herbs, a pinch of salt, and sour cream or mayonnaise in a blender.

Wrap a cutting board with plastic wrap. Place the softened cheese on it and smooth it out with your hands, forming a rectangle. You can vary the thickness to suit your taste.

You can place thinly sliced fish pieces on top of the cheese. And finally, it's time for the cream cheese filling.

Now all that's left is to roll the roulade. You can use a plastic bag to help you. It's best to roll it tightly, but be careful not to tear the cheese layer. The roulade can be refrigerated before serving.
