Chocolate Chip Cookies



Ingredients
Butter 65g
Sugar 100g
Cinnamon 1/4 tsp
Flour 150g
Milk 100ml
Egg 1
Baking powder 1/2 tsp
Oatmeal 20g
Chocolate 50g

Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Break the chocolate into small pieces. In a large bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and sugar, and rub together with the butter. Add the egg and milk and mix thoroughly. Add the chocolate and oatmeal and quickly and gently fold the dough with a wooden spoon. Using a spoon, place small balls of the dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper (keep in mind that it will rise and spread slightly during baking). Sprinkle with sugar. Sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired. Bake for 12-15 minutes. Let the cookies cool and remove from the baking sheet.
