Ingredients
Cottage cheese 150 g
Sugar 120 g
Eggs 2
Butter 60 g
Flour 120 g
Banana 1
Kiwi 1
Vanillin
Baking powder 1 tsp
Icing sugar
Whisk the eggs with sugar until foamy. Combine the cottage cheese and softened butter in a separate bowl. Add the cottage cheese and cream mixture to the beaten eggs. Mix thoroughly. Add the vanilla and baking powder. Mix. Add the flour. Knead the dough with a mixer.
Peel the banana and kiwi. Cut into small cubes. Add to the mixture and mix. Place the dough into greased or parchment-lined muffin tins. Bake in a preheated oven at 190 degrees Celsius (375 degrees Fahrenheit) for approximately 30-35 minutes. Check for doneness with a toothpick.
