Fish Soup


Ingredients
Fish 1000 g
Potatoes 800 g
Carrots 150 g
Onions 150 g
Parsley (root)
Black peppercorns 7 pcs
Bay leaves 4 pcs
Salt
Herbs

Clean the fish. Cover the fish heads and tails with water and simmer for 25-30 minutes. Then remove them (we won't need them anymore). Strain the broth, if desired. Cut the fish into small pieces. Finely chop the onion. Grate the carrots on a medium grater.

Cut the potatoes into cubes or sticks. Add the potatoes to the boiling broth, season with salt and pepper. When the potatoes boil, add the fish. Cook for 15 minutes. Add the carrots. Then add the onion (you can fry the onion and carrots first). Cook for 5-7 minutes. Add bay leaf, parsley root, and peppercorns. Let steep for 25-30 minutes. Sprinkle with herbs when serving.
