Ingredients
5 romaine lettuce leaves
5 salmon slices
5 cherry tomatoes
50 g dill
2 tbsp green onions
For the spread:
1/2 avocado
1 tbsp goat cheese
1/2 lime
1/4 tsp salt
Pepper to taste
In a small bowl, mash the sliced avocado with the goat cheese, lime juice, salt, and pepper until smooth and creamy.
Select the largest lettuce leaves and lay them horizontally on plastic wrap, overlapping them.
Spread the spread thickly on the leaves. Top with the remaining ingredients. Using the plastic wrap, carefully roll the lettuce leaves to form sushi rolls. Secure the rolled rolls with a toothpick.
