Ingredients
1 onion
1 clove garlic
1 tbsp vegetable oil
250 g ground pork
1/2 tsp cumin
2 tbsp tomato paste
850 ml canned tomatoes
400 ml lecho
250 g rice
3 sprigs parsley
200 g sour cream
Salt
Pepper
Peel and dice the onion and garlic. Steam the rice in salted water. Heat oil in a saucepan and fry the crumbled minced meat. Season with cumin and pepper. Remove from the pan.
Sauté the onion and garlic in the remaining pork fat. Add the tomato paste, lecho, and tomatoes. Bring to a boil and simmer, covered, for 10 minutes.
Cut the parsley into strips. Add half the sour cream to the soup and puree until smooth. Add the ground beef and rice. Garnish the finished soup with sour cream and parsley.
