Ingredients
1 egg
50 g butter
6 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp baking powder
10 tbsp flour
3 tbsp cocoa powder
50 g chocolate
Whisk the egg and sugar with a mixer until white. Add the softened butter, vanilla, melted chocolate, flour, and baking powder. Check the consistency; the batter should be thick but pourable. If there's not enough flour, add more.
Mix everything thoroughly again and pour into a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for 3 minutes at maximum power (1000 watts). Be careful not to overheat the mixture, otherwise it will be dry.
Microwave for 1 minute, then check the consistency. The finished cake can be sliced and layered with cream, jam, or ice cream. Or simply dusted with powdered sugar.
