Cinnamon Bread Flour



Ingredients
2.75 cups flour
2 tbsp starch
3/4 tsp salt
2.25 tsp dry yeast
1/4 cup sugar
60 g butter
1/4 cup water
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla

For the filling:
2/3 cup brown sugar
2 tbsp cinnamon
1 tbsp starch
60 g butter

For the glaze:
3/4 cup powdered sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
Water

In a mixer, combine the starch, sugar, yeast, salt, and 2 cups flour. Heat the milk and butter in a small saucepan until the butter melts. Cool for about a minute, add the vanilla, and pour the mixture into a mixer.

Mix all ingredients with the mixer turned off, then turn it on and beat the mixture on low speed.

Gradually beat in one egg at a time until the dough comes together, then add the remaining flour. Knead the dough. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rest for about an hour, until it doubles in size.
