Ingredients
Cottage cheese 250 g
Eggs 3
Flour 8 tbsp
Sugar 3 tbsp
Baking soda 1/2 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Olive oil
Icing sugar
Vanillin
Mix the cottage cheese, eggs, flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt until smooth and not thick. Pour olive oil into a saucepan, just enough to submerge at least half of the doughnut. Heat the oil.
Using a teaspoon, form a ball of dough and drop it into the hot oil. Dip the spoon in the vegetable oil as you shape it. Fry the doughnut over low heat, turning frequently, until it browns evenly on all sides.
Place the finished donuts on a paper towel to absorb excess oil. Serve hot, generously dusted with powdered sugar (with vanilla).
