Ingredients
3 eggs
1 cup semolina
25 g butter
1 pinch baking powder
1 cup sour cream
1 cup sugar
1/2 tsp salt
300 g flour
Mix the semolina thoroughly with the sour cream and let it sit for 40-60 minutes. Then beat the eggs, add the sugar, salt, and butter, and beat with a mixer until smooth.
Add the semolina and sour cream to the resulting mixture and mix well. Then add the flour and baking powder and knead the dough. It shouldn't be too thick, like pancake batter.
Grease a 24-26 cm diameter mold with butter and pour in the dough. Place the pan in the oven at 180-200 degrees Celsius for about 40-50 minutes. To check if the manna is ready, stick a match or toothpick into the dough. If the match comes out dry, the manna is ready.
