Ingredients
1 package Lavash
250 g Mayonnaise
3 eggs
200 g Cheese
1 can Saury in oil
Dill to taste
Green onions to taste
Lay out the lavash. Spread mayonnaise on each sheet. Grate the eggs on one sheet, the cheese on the second sheet, and the mashed saury on the third sheet.
Sprinkle each sheet with onion and dill. Roll the first sheet into a roll. Place it at the beginning of the second sheet and continue rolling.
Then place it at the beginning of the third sheet and roll the roll completely. Place in a plastic bag and refrigerate. It's best to spend the night there, as this will allow the roll to soak better.
