300 g Dry-Smoked Sausage
1 Green Bell Pepper
Lay out plastic wrap on the counter, place the cheese on top, cover with another layer of plastic wrap, and roll out with a rolling pin to a thickness of about a centimeter.
Carefully remove the plastic wrap and spread the salami over the entire surface of the cheese, then cover with plastic wrap again and carefully flip it over.
Remove the plastic wrap from the other side and spread the green pepper over the cheese. Now roll everything into a tight roll, leaving no air pockets.
Cut with a very sharp knife, wiping the blade frequently. Serve with crackers.
