Ingredients
500 g mushrooms
1 onion
1 carrot
1 bell pepper
1 red chili pepper
5 cloves garlic
2 tbsp tomato paste
Salt
Pepper
Vegetable oil
Boil the mushrooms. Finely chop the onion and fry in a frying pan with a drop of oil until golden brown. Seed the pepper and cut into thin strips. Peel the garlic and carrots.
Pass all the prepared ingredients, including the mushrooms, through a meat grinder. The finer the caviar ingredients, the more tender it will be.
Place all the chopped ingredients in a heavy-bottomed saucepan or deep frying pan and add the tomato paste and spices. Now simmer everything for an hour, stirring frequently to prevent burning.
