Ingredients
Lavash - 1 sheet
Sausage - 200 g
Tomato - 1 pc
Cheese - 100 g
Green onions - 3 stalks
Mayonnaise - 2 tbsp
Ketchup - 2 tbsp
Salt - 1 pinch
Fold the lavash in half and cut out a round base for the pizza pan you'll be using. Allow the edges to extend slightly to create a rimmed dough base. It's not necessary to create perfectly round lines.
Then grate the hard cheese using a fine grater. Visually divide the grated cheese mixture into three parts. Next, mix the mayonnaise and ketchup in a bowl.
Place one lavash circle in the pan and immediately sprinkle it with one part of the grated cheese. Place another circle of dough on top of the cheese layer and coat it with the prepared sauce mixture. This will create a double crust with a layer of cheese between, allowing it to support the filling.
Sprinkle the pizza crust with more cheese, reserving a small amount for the topping.
Slice the smoked sausage into rounds and arrange them on the cheese layer. Then wash the tomato and cut it into quarters. Arrange it in a semicircle behind the sausage layer.
Wash the green onion stems and chop them. Sprinkle the prepared filling on top. If you plan to add herbs to the pizza, save them for later, to sprinkle on the baked dish; otherwise, they will darken in the oven. Sprinkle the crust with the remaining grated cheese and salt. Place in the oven for 5-7 minutes—it's best not to leave the pizza in the oven longer, as it's made from practically cooked ingredients.
While still warm, slice the pizza and serve. At this point, you can sprinkle it with chopped herbs.
