No-Fry Omelet



Ingredients
2 Eggs
1 cup Milk
Salt to taste

Whisk the eggs, add salt and milk, and whisk again. LRM recommends whisking the egg whites and yolks separately, then combining all the ingredients.

Take a new plastic bag or pour the milk and egg mixture into it and tie it shut.

Pour water into a saucepan to a depth of about 10 centimeters and bring to a boil. When the water begins to boil, add the bag containing the omelet, reduce the heat, and simmer for 10-15 minutes, depending on the volume of the omelet.

Carefully remove the bag containing the cooked omelet from the water. Cut the bag open, being careful not to burn yourself with steam, and transfer the omelet to a plate.
